When you have purchased a character from me, they belong to you. You may use them for whatever you wish. EXCEPT for commercial purposes.

You are free to name your adoptable and choose/change its gender, as well as use it for drawings, RPs, stories, profiles, avatars, etc. Creating NSFW content is fine, just make sure it's not accessible to minors!

You may repost the original art I created of your adoptable or use it in character reference sheets, but you must credit me as the original creator of the art.

Everything that happens after the successful purchase, lies in your hands. You may sell/trade the Adoptable design. I'm not going to take responsibility after the purchase has been processed if any problems occur regarding questions of ownership after a resell. Those issues will have to be solved without my contribution.
